Bodegas Breton 1998 Loriñon Reserva (Rioja)

Dense, earthy and full of stable and tree bark aromas. Grapy, plum-skin flavors evolve with airing, leading toward a mildly tannic finish. With a hollow middle and pronounced acids, this is not perfect, but it has character. Michael Schachner
