A medium to rich style of fino, with mild oxidation and aromas of vanilla, resin and dusty white fruits. The palate has a very nice texture to it, and the flavors of dry banana and lightly salted nuts are just right. A pure, convincing wine that proves that Dios Baco is a Sherry producer worth turning to.
