Crisp, nutty and very much as you'd expect a Manzanilla Sherry to be, but with a bit more color, body and nuttiness. Feels nice in the mouth, with modest, controlled flavors of toasted almond, baked apple, green olive and brine. Turns oily and slightly bitter on the finish.
