Bodegas Fariña 2012 Dama de Toro Crianza (Toro)

Heavy oak results in aromas of maple, clove and wood resin. On the palate, this is sticky and chewy, with rough tannins. Much like this smells, it tastes of wood, clove and milk chocolate more than clean fruit. A spicy clove-driven finish is dense and cheesy. Michael Schachner
