Dried fruit, a touch of compost and then bold coffee and mocha aromas give the wine a decent nose, and the palate, while zesty and snappy, is endowed with pretty good raspberry, cherry and strawberry flavors. Overall it's fruity and ready to drink but fairly ordinary, and while we like the wine we can't say it's a knockout.
