This is another of Hidalgo's superb 30-year-old Sherries, and this example shows hazelnut, butterscotch and citrus aromas on a lifted, luxe nose. The mouthfeel is just right, with oily weight cut by sharp acidity. Flavors of apricot, orange peel, toffee and almond skins finish long and unwavering.
