Bodegas Ollauri 2004 Conde de los Andes Colección Histórica Primera Edicón (Rioja)

Aromas of prune, dried beef and blackberry are dense, indicating that this aged Tempranillo is more bull than ballerina. A big palate shows tartaric bite and some burn, while this tastes of savory berry fruits, cured meat and oak. This is medium in length on the finish; very nice but lacks complexity. Drink now.
