With its chocolate-brown color, this PX is full of prune, fig and moderate volatility. It's heavy, sticky and syrupy on the tongue, with fig, dried date, salt and caramel flavors. The finish rings of ripeness, but overall this is more sweet and rich than distinct and complex.
