This is a deliciously sultry, luxurious and yet lean, focused white, dark gold in color with tightly woven acidity. Textured and layered in pops of fennel, apple and pear, it was aged in both stainless and neutral French oak, allowing briny minerality and fruit-laden characteristics to shine.
