Bolero Snort French Toast Bergen County Bull Stout

A heavy dose of vanilla gives this less of a fresh bean flavor and more of a cream soda vibe. There is a touch of cinnamon on the finish that brings vibrancy to the glass. The spice balances the sweet that would be overwhelming otherwise. A doughy flavor enhances the body and it all comes together as a pastry stout that benefits from some oaky richness. John Holl
