Bolla 1996 Amarone della Valpolicella Classico

Quite tight at the present time, but there are distinct game and leather aromas and flavors. The structure is fine for a young Amarone but the short finish shows only earth tones and not much fruit. The acidity seems a bit high. Try it again in a few years.
