This has 5% Sauvignon Blanc in the blend. It's done in all stainless steel; the Chardonnay is tight and spicy, with melon and apple flavors. There's a vitamin pill streak that comes up also, and then it leads into some almond flavors in the finish. It's almost like a northern Italian style, with almond and pepper and relatively high acid. Good food wine.
