This opens with an enticing intense bouquet of crushed mint, rose petal, violet, perfumed berry and a whiff of dark spice. Elegantly structured, the vibrant, savory palate delivers strawberry compote, crushed raspberry, licorice and cinnamon framed in taut polished tannins. It's nicely balanced, with bright acidity.
