This opens with aromas of mocha, rose petal and cooking spice. The tight palate suggests plum, licorice and espresso alongside bracing tannins that grip the close. Give the tannins a few more years to unclench, then drink before the remaining fruit dries out. Drink after 2024. Kerin O’Keefe
