Fruity in blackberry and dark cherry with a meaty undercurrent, Heritage blends 47% Barbera with 22% Petite Sirah, 18% Alicante Bouschet and 13% Carignane. Meaty and brisk in acidity, it has a brightness to it traditionally inspired field blends don't often have, amidst a core of power and follow-through. This is a great Lodi wine.
