Borsao 2016 Tres Picos Garnacha (Campo de Borja)

A ton of oak is the greeting on this Garnacha, and with that come palpable notes of clove and chocolate. A fully extracted palate feels thick and saturated, while this tastes of clove, barbecued meat and wood resin. Over the years, this wine has become more woody, charred and manipulated.
