Boschendal 2004 Sauvignon Blanc (Coastal Region)

Quite pale, but shows its substance quickly with a lively green apple, grass, and mild tropical fruit bouquet. Seems like it might be sweet, but turns considerably more citrusy and spritzy on the tongue. A surprise that closes clean, refreshingly tart-sweet, and tangy.
