Boudreaux Cellars 2009 Malbec (Columbia Valley (WA))

This is pure Malbec from the Gamache vineyard. The lush, concentrated fruit is a generous bowl-full of berries, lightly dusted with peppery herbs. The midpalate is concentrated and shows pretty floral and pipe tobacco highlights, while the tannins have a chewy, rustic edge. Paul Gregutt
