Rich salmon in color, this Syrah-dominant rosé—rounded out with 30% Merlot and 7% Riesling—smells of strawberry soda, fresh nectarine and a tiny bit of papaya. The tropically comes through on the excitingly zingy palate, which culminates in a pink grapefruit finish. Serve with sunshine.
