Brassfield 2014 Eruption Red (High Valley)

Strong spicy, meaty aromas and equally assertive oak and char flavors threaten to overwhelm the fruity aspects of this dry wine, but it has enough concentrated blackberry and blueberry stuffing to match the firm tannins. Best after 2020. Jim Gordon
