Bravium 2014 Wiley Vineyard Stainless Steel Fermented Blanc Pinot Noir (Anderson Valley)

Dry and refreshing, this is a nicely balanced wine with subtle flavors like crisp apple and peach skin. The texture starts out crisp and tangy and mellows on the finish to a smooth polish. It's fun to compare this to its sister wine from Bravium aged in oak. Jim Gordon
