Brick House 2005 Evelyn's Pinot Noir (Willamette Valley)

The fruit remains a bit subdued, the tannins tasting of green tea and black coffee. There is a strong, concentrated center, and a finish with grip and authority. This wine needs to breathe, and it will require some serious time before it will unwrap itself. Paul Gregutt
