Brook & Bull 2016 Petit Verdot (Columbia Valley (WA))

The aromas are brooding, with notes of toast, flower, soil, citrus, hay and coffee. The palate is fresh and acid driven, with lighter-styled fruit flavors backed by firm tannins. It doesn't stand up on its own but still provides interest. Sean P. Sullivan
