Brooks 2014 La Chenaie Pinot Noir (Eola-Amity Hills)

Just three barrels were made of this rather unusual wine. It's a seemingly disparate mix of raspberries, gun metal, dried seaweed and carpaccio, yet somehow it all comes together. The length is impressive. This is one of those wines that will thrill some tasters and puzzle others. Paul Gregutt
