Brosseau 2018 Brosseau Vineyard Pinot Noir (Chalone)

Muddled and dark-berry aromas are wrapped in crushed rocks, dusty earth and light clove on the nose of this bottling by Bill Brosseau from his family vineyard. There's firm texture and solid acidity upholding those dark-berry flavors on the palate, where carob and cocoa-nib elements also arise. Matt Kettmann
