BroVo Project Amaro Simo/Wallace

Created with direction by NYC bartenders Demario Wallace and Joaquin Simo, this amaro has an apple-ginger profile that seems just right for autumn-inspired drinks. It has a maple hue and cloudy appearance and a eucalyptus-forward aroma, with a fruity undertone that evokes fresh red apples. It's relatively viscous, quite sweet and fruity at first, though that's soon cut with bitterness on the midpalate and an intensely gingery zing on the finish. Kara Newman
