Bründlmayer 2013 Lamm Reserve Grüner Veltliner (Kamptal)

Subdued, ripe, yellow pear meets yeasty, almost soy-like savoriness head-on to create a palate full of interest. The wine conveys weight, concentration and a bit of alcoholic heat, but it's all carried of with peppery panache. Lovely now but will only get better. Anne Krebiehl MW
