Bryn Mawr Vineyards 2016 Jeffrey's Block Pinot Noir (Eola-Amity Hills)

Sourced from the oldest section of the vineyard and aged in 20% new French oak, this approachable wine is high-toned, with plush marionberry and cherry pie fruit flavors. It's instantly appealing, with a smooth midpalate and highlights of cherry tobacco and sandalwood. A little bit of a burn slightly attenuates the finish. Paul Gregutt
