Bryn Mawr Vineyards 2019 Sparkling Rosé (Willamette Valley)

Though not made in the Champagne method, this is neither simple nor clumsy. In fact the unusual blend—52% Pinot Noir, 28% Pinot Gris, 17% Tempranillo and 3% Maréchal Foch—holds together well. Flavors of citrus, strawberry and red cherry come together with a hint of toast from barrel fermentation. It's sealed with a crown cap and ready for immediate enjoyment. Paul Gregutt
