A Bordeaux-style blend centered on Cabernet Sauvignon, but including a 40% mix of Merlot, Petit Verdot and Cab Franc, all from the Les Collines vineyard. Well constructed with precision and vitality, the blackberry and plum fruit is ripe and polished, the acidity keeping flavors tight and lifted. A clean, toasty finish with a streak of espresso caps it off.
