A pale shade of pink in the glass, this bottling begins with subtle aromas of peach blossom, wet sidewalk and bubblegum on the nose. It's a very stripped down style of rosé on the tightly wound, texturally focused palate, where nectarine, pear and peach -lesh flavors meet with a river-stone minerality. Matt Kettmann
