Another gorgeous effort from Ca' del Bosco, this pure Pinot Nero opens with a fragrance of pressed rose petal, perfumed red berry, nectarine and spice. The palate is pure elegance, delivering bright red cherry, wild strawberry, ginger and cinnamon alongside an exquisite mousse and fresh acidity. It's delicious now but will also develop more complexity over the next few years. Drink through 2020.
