Made without the added dosage used to enhance sweetness in traditionally crafted sparklers, this wine proves that with great fruit no corrections are needed. Flavors include ripe McIntosh apple, bright nectarine, toasted almond and vanilla alongside an elegant perlage. It finishes dry in flavor, with tangy acidity.
