An Aussie-style blend of 78% Sauvignon Blanc and 22% Sémillon. It's been a real success for Cadaretta, and this is in the same mold as previous efforts. Tasted just prior to release, it was loaded with crisp, primary fruit flavors of green apple, melon and grapefruit. Nice texture, and just a hint of barrel toast too.
