Caelesta 2017 Alta Colina Vineyard Syrah (Paso Robles)

Cellar Selection

Quite dark in the glass, this single-vineyard expression kicks off with plenty of charred meat and blackberry-compote aromas on the nose. The palate is quite cohesive, showing blackberry, black pepper and floral tones that rise from a very balanced texture and acidity. All of the elements will further converge with patience. Drink now–2032. Matt Kettmann
