Starts off showing crisp, almost burnt aromas; later comes committed plum, cherry and cassis scents. The fruit on the palate seems a touch peppery and short, while the finish is snappy and forward, but a tad leafy in flavor. More of a lean, medium-bodied specimen than opulent.
