Callaway 2001 Coastal Reserve Viognier (California)

Unusual interpretation of Viognier, a wine with strong and tart lemony flavors, like a crisp Sauvignon Blanc, but with floral and nectarine notes with a hit of dried thyme. Bone dry with good acids, a palate-cleansing wine that's a nice cocktail sipper.
