Eric Laumann's big risk in planting this grape in 2002 is paying off powerfully. This vintage offers a unique nose of pineapple-guava fruit, lime popsicle, wheatgrass and kiwi. The palate clings to a mineral-driven core while offering up yellow pears, lemongrass and exotic citrus flavors reminiscent of Asian food.
