Syrah (55%) along with a dollop of seldom-seen Counoise (28%) makes up the majority of this wine, with the rest Grenache and Mourvèdre. It's aromatically quite reserved, with notes of blue fruit, dried herb and baking spice. The palate is full with concentrated plum and berry flavors, finishing a bit short.
