This is a special selection of estate-grown grapes, with four percent Cabernet blended in for backbone and zip. The first-ever reserve from Canoe Ridge, it's serious and dense, with a bouquet of red and black fruits, smoke, coffee, and bitter chocolate. In the mouth, it's both open and deep, with good, juicy cherry and berry fruit matched to toasty oak.
