A beautifully balanced and well-crafted Sauvignon Blanc, opening with attractive aromas of grapefruit pith, green fig and lime zest, all complemented with a soft saline accent. Lightweight, with medium acidity and a bright palate, flavors of green melon, citrus rind and a hint of dried grass linger into the medium-length finish.
