Capezzana 1997 Carmignano

This rich rendition of Sangiovese mixed with Cabernet and other red grapes is a lovable, chummy sort of red that will appeal to hedonists. There's all sorts of body here along with delicious blackberry fruit and chocolaty oak. A fine representative of a stellar vintage. Michael Schachner
