An odd bird on the nose, where floral, lavender aromas replace the normal set of cassis and berry. In the mouth, it's so tannic that it's like chewing nails; the flavors, therefore, seem choppy and hard, like roasted blackberry and sugar beets. Very woody and mentholated, too.
