This wine comes from Carmen's organic vineyard, and it's full and hefty, a step up in size and quality from the average Chilean Cab. Aromas of marshmallow, spice and pickle barrel indicate the possibility of American oak influence, while the cherry, blackberry and chocolate palate is dense and chewy. A cool note of menthol graces the finish.
