Carneros Creek 2001 Las Brisas Vineyard Pinot Noir (Carneros)

Quite pale in color, a translucent garnet hue, this is a delicate, feminine wine, with an ethereal body of silk and satin. It's not light in flavor, though, with raspberry, black cherry, oriental spices, and oaky-smoky vanillins. Polished, pretty and fully ripe.
