Carod Freres NV Clairette de Die Méthode Dioise Ancestrale

This one smells like a French Prosecco, with effusive bubbles and a citrusy bouquet. Off-dry, with lots of orange flavors. It finishes with a lively, lengthy, orange-rind explosion. This is very well made, and invites a second or third glass. It rests gently on the palate, and lingers pleasantly. Paul Gregutt
