EDITOR: SCHACH'S NOTE ONLY LISTS "Italy" AS THE DOC/APP Like the name indicates, this is a supremely sweet sparkler. And the bet here is that it is probably too sweet and sticky for the average bubbly drinker. The palate is loaded with overripe melon, citrus, peach and lots of sugar. The finish is fairly clean given the wine's heavyweight stature, while the overall take is one of sugar and candy.
