Initial aromas of blackberry, blueberry, black plum, nutmeg, vanilla, chocolate, cranberry, raspberry and roses greet the nose. The palate opens to earthier tones of black-pepper spice, toasted wood and hints of leather and meat adding additional depth of flavor. Chalky tannins coat the palate while the acidity is high enough to add a refreshing quality. An overall well-balanced and enjoyable Cabernet Sauvignon. Stacy Briscoe
