The name of this wine marks the year of Chile's Independence Day. The winery honors the date with a flavorful blend. Aromas of raspberry, cherry and blackberry with hints of vanilla bean are lively in the glass. Equal parts of Cabernet Sauvignon and Carmenère deliver plenty of red fruit flavors and spices. It has a fine texture and moderate acidity extending barrel-driven flavors of coffee and vanilla throughout the medium finish. Jesica Vargas
