Off the bat, this cool-coast SB leans towards green via flat aromas of bell pepper and jalapeño. A chunky palate shows only moderate lift, while this tastes green and mildly bitter, like Casa Marin's Sauvignon Blancs often do. From a cloudy and rainy year with widespread ripeness issues, this is decent but incomplete. Michael Schachner
